Workshops are a great way to learn skills and practical ways to help manage your thoughts and feelings. Workshops are generally skills based and don't require a lot of self disclosure.
Workshops are generally a 3-4 week commitment and no initial appointment is needed. To get signed up, please register via links below or emailing the Workshop facilitator. All workshops will be held in person for Spring 2023.
