Online Resources

Many web based resources are available for different concerns.  From alcohol education to stress management, you may find something here that can help!

TheAlcohol eCHECKUP TO GO is an interactive web survey that allows college and university students to enter information about their drinking patterns and receive feedback about their use of alcohol. The assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete, is self-guided, and requires no face-to-face contact time with a counselor or administrator.

ScreenU  is a web-based program that utilizes the principles of SBIRT to identify and intervene with students who are engaging in risky alcohol and drug behaviors.
