Therapeutic Orientation

I take an integrative approach, utilizing culturally adaptive, cognitive behavioral therapies (CA-CBT) with elements of psychodynamic therapies (PDT), as needed. I have also begun integrating dialectical behavior therapies into my current practice as I am attracted to the elements of mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness.

Student-athletes, career and transition counseling, trauma, and psychological testing and assessment

Bio

I enjoy participating in most sports and have recently discovered my love of pickleball. I also enjoy solving puzzles such as Sudoku, coloring/doodling, and listening to LitRPG audiobooks.
