We provide information and awareness in the areas of mental health and psychological concerns. Sometimes this is within a partnership with other University departments and student groups; other times this is a program of our own.
We also offer a variety of workshops and drop-in spaces. Workshops are a great way to learn skills; they also provide practical ways to help manage your thoughts and feelings. Workshops are often skills-based and don't require a lot of self-disclosure. Workshops are generally a 3-4 week commitment and no initial appointment is needed. Please register via the links below or email the workshop facilitator.
For any questions related to outreach opportunities, please contact Carruth Center for Counseling and Psychological Services Assistant Director of Outreach and Campus Engagement, Sara DiSimone.
