I grew up in a small town in Maryland prior to attending college in Frostburg, Maryland.
While at Frostburg State University (FSU), I earned my Bachelor of Science in
Psychology as well as my Master of Counseling in Psychology. My time at FSU allowed
for growth in areas such as research and clinical skills through my graduate assistantship
as well as my internship based in community mental health. Upon graduation, most
of my work was centered in community mental health as well as addictions. Currently,
I am heading up the outreach efforts at Carruth while also working as a Behavior Therapist.
My favorite hobbies are crafting and entertaining my two cats. I also enjoy reading
and baking.
