Bio:

I was born and raised in a small town in eastern Kentucky that heavily influenced my views on mental health and the importance of dispelling stigma and increasing access to care. College can be a great place for growth and identity exploration. Helping students navigate this unique terrain has been a passion of mine since my first practicum experience at a counseling center.

When I’m not working, you can find me getting lost in books, television, and video games!
