Bio
I am originally from Fremont, Nebraska. I grew up with a strong passion to help others and joining them in their most difficult times. This passion led me to completing my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Social Work at the University of Nebraska Omaha. Most recently, I worked at a clinic providing mental health and substance use services to American Indian/Alaska Natives with complex needs. As a therapist embedded within Athletics, I am excited to draw upon my professional experience in mental health and my previous experiences as an athlete competing in gymnastics and long-distance running.
Hobbies
I enjoy rollerblading, crafting, pickleball, exploring the outdoors, and talking about dogs.
