My approach to therapy is integrative, client-centered, and evidence-based. I draw from humanistic foundations while incorporating CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I place a strong emphasis on relational trust, collaboration, and systems awareness, with the goal of meeting clients where they are and tailoring therapy to support growth in ways that feel both practical and compassionate.

Areas of clinical interest:

Trauma, OCD, anxiety, identity development, and navigating relationship challenges.

Bio

I’m a doctoral psychology intern at Carruth, working toward my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from D'Youville University. I’m originally from Buffalo, NY (Go Bills!) and I’m excited to call Morgantown home for the year. My goal is to create a collaborative and supportive therapy space where students feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes. Outside of the counseling center, I love baking, watching movies, cuddling with my cat, and spending time outdoors!
