Bio

I am from Zelienople, Pennsylvania, and began my educational journey at Robert Morris University. It was here that I was introduced to sport psychology and started to integrate many of the concepts I was learning in the classroom to benefit my figure skating training. I have since invested in my education in areas of mental health and sport performance enhancement to best serve athlete populations. While a master’s student in Counseling (2022), I worked in the Carruth Center providing mental health services to WVU students. I also interned at Waynesburg University’s counseling center in 2023.

In my free time, I enjoy cycling classes, weight training, traveling, and spending time with family.
