The Alcohol eCHECKUP TO GO is an interactive web survey that allows college and university students to enter information about their drinking patterns and receive feedback about their use of alcohol. The assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete, is self-guided, and requires no face-to-face contact time with a counselor or administrator. You will need a computer with internet access and a JavaScript enabled internet browser.
First Time Use Instructions:
- Type this website in your browser:

- Select “I HAVE NOT completed the eCHECKUP TO GO previously”
- Save your user identification number (UID)
- The module will prompt you to enter information about yourself and your drinking
habits
- Alcohol eCHECKUP TO GO calculates a number of variables and compares your responses to national and local college norms to create personalized feedback for you

before completing the Verification, your information and progress will not
be recorded and you will have to re-complete the program
