Online Resources

Many web based resources are available for different concerns. Currently, we offer a number of different online resources for students.  From alcohol education to stress management, you may find something here that can help!

AlcoholEdu is a web-based alcohol education program for both students and guardians.

The Alcohol eCHECKUP TO GO is an interactive web survey that allows college and university students to enter information about their drinking patterns and receive feedback about their use of alcohol. The assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete, is self-guided, and requires no face-to-face contact time with a counselor or administrator.

Kognito is a suite of FREE, online training simulations that will assist faculty, staff, and students to better identify, support, and refer these students to support services on campus.  Each simulation (At-Risk, Veterans, and LGBTQ) allows the user to interact with student avatars, receive feedback, and test various approaches in a risk-free environment.

ScreenU is a web-based program that utilizes the principles of SBIRT to identify and intervene with students who are engaging in risky alcohol and drug behaviors.
